In the event of a dispute as to whether ImmoMediaNet has fulfilled its obligations towards the customer in accordance with the statutory provisions of telecommunications law, the consumer may initiate arbitration proceedings by submitting an application to the Federal Network Agency for Electricity, Gas, Telecommunications, Post and Railways, based in Bonn. Further details are governed by the currently valid arbitration rules of the Federal Network Agency. The arbitration proceedings shall only take place at the customer’s request and shall not prevent either party from asserting its rights elsewhere, in particular in court, independently of the arbitration proceedings. Legal action may constitute grounds for the inadmissibility or termination of arbitration.
